Microsoft Silverlight / WPF
As a supporting technology for touch computing especially in the upcoming Windows 7, we are actively focused on delivering richer interactions in WPF and Silverlight.
Adobe Flex / AIR
The predominant rich media format used on the web, we’ve build an experience base that covers almost everything in the flash ecosystem from mobile devices to enterprise platforms.
The Human Computer Interaction
Too often the solution revolves around developing the capabilities and capacities of the computer - more memory, faster processors, larger networks. At Visuale labs, we believe there is more to be developed from the human potential. We use strategies in information visualizations because we know that our working memory is far better with visuals. We use natural structures like trees, webs, and nodes because we know we are better at recognize patterns in noise than computers. We enjoy the use of our 10 articulate fingers in exploring our world and expressing ourselves.
More than just buttons and menus
The user interface that we experience today still share many things in common with those developed 20 years ago; that of Windows, Icons, Menus and the all too important Pointing device. Already we are seeing signs of how limited they really are. Zooming User Interfaces are the next evolution for UIs. In many ways, ZUI is being experienced today. Zooming, while secondary in function to scrolling with the scroll wheel, is by far common as an action in most applications today. Not just limited to documents, popular applications like Google earth and free roaming games alike provide for zooming because it is a more natural and fluid way to experience and explore environments.
Our touch platforms feature high definition and our applications have support for many natural gestures. Some may not be ready to transition into touch just yet but we still believe we can offer top advice in user interaction and experience. We have such a wealth of knowledge with enterprise data, community mashups and information networks that you can be sure that we be able to discover new approaches to recurring problems.
